Opus One Maintenance Facility - Oakville

The project involved the construction of a building pad, driveway, and parking area. Additionally, underground infrastructure was installed, including power lines, domestic water lines, a septic system, fire lines, hydrants, and a storm drainage system.

Gamble Family Winery

​This project involved the construction of a driveway and parking area, along with the installation of underground infrastructure. The underground infrastructure included power lines (PG&E primary power), domestic water lines, fiber optic trenching, and a storm drainage system.

Hourglass Winery – Calistoga

This project involved the development of a driveway, demolition of existing concrete slabs, and a post-fire inspection of the septic tank.

Odette Winery – Napa

The project involved the demolition of existing structures, slabs, and foundations. Following demolition, a building pad was constructed, along with a driveway and parking area. Underground infrastructure was also installed, including power lines (PG&E primary power), domestic water lines, a septic system, processed waste systems, fire lines, hydrants, and a storm drainage system. Additionally, cuts were made for shotcrete walls at the wine cave entrances.

PlumpJack Estate/CADE Winery - Napa

​This project involved the removal of trees and brush to clear the site. Following site preparation, a driveway and parking area were constructed, along with a building pad. Underground infrastructure, including power lines (PG&E primary power), domestic water lines, a septic system, processed waste systems, fire lines, hydrants, and a storm drainage system, was also installed. Additionally, cuts were made for shotcrete walls at the wine cave entrances.

Ovid Winery – Napa

This project involved the construction of a building pad, driveway, and parking area. Underground infrastructure was also installed, including power lines (PG&E primary power), domestic water lines, a septic system, processed waste systems, fire lines, hydrants, and a storm drainage system. Additionally, cuts were made for shotcrete walls at the wine cave entrances. The project also included site work and utility installation to serve residences in the area.
